Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

II. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entries are accepted beginning November 20, 2025 at 9:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ending December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Promotion Period").

All entries received during the Promotion Period are treated equally in the final random drawing.

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

III. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employee Eligibility Clause: Employees and contractors of Shuttle Buddy LLC are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and may win prizes, provided they are not involved in the administration, operation, or drawing of the Sweepstakes.

Officers, managers, and individuals responsible for overseeing or managing any part of the Sweepstakes—including the Owner/Managing Director, and any person with administrative access to the sweepstakes platform—are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify age, eligibility, identity, and address at any time.

IV. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the approved methods below.

Sharing Rewards Program (Optional Promotional Entries)

In addition to the primary entry methods, Sponsor may offer a Sharing Rewards Program designed to encourage participants to share the Sweepstakes campaign with others. This program operates solely at the discretion of the Sponsor and may be activated, modified, or discontinued at any time during the Promotion Period.

If activated, the Sharing Rewards Program may allow participants to earn additional bonus entries by:

• Sharing their unique referral link on social media platforms

• Sending referral invitations to friends or family

• Generating verified clicks on their referral link

• Generating verified signups or donations through their referral link

All referral-tracking functionality will be provided directly through the Sweepstakes platform. Only verified actions tracked by the platform will qualify for bonus entries.

Rules & Limitations for the Sharing Rewards Program:

• Bonus entries earned through the Sharing Rewards Program are promotional entries only.

• No participant may exceed the maximum total entries permitted under Section IV(E).

• Automated sharing tools, bots, paid referral traffic, incentivized traffic, or any suspicious sharing activity will result in voided entries and potential disqualification.

• Sponsor reserves the right to review referral activity, audit tracking data, and reject any referrals deemed fraudulent, suspicious, mass-generated, or inconsistent with legitimate individual sharing.

• Sponsor does not guarantee that referral links will function on all devices, browsers, or platforms.

• Participation in the Sharing Rewards Program does not affect the odds of winning relative to other entry methods.
  

The Sharing Rewards Program is provided as a courtesy promotional feature and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Participants may receive bonus entries for sharing or referring others. Bonus entries do not guarantee a win and are subject to strict verification to ensure fair play, legitimacy, and compliance with all Sweepstakes rules.

A. Donation Entry Tiers

During the Promotion Period, participants may earn entries by making a donation at the following tiers:

• $10 donation = 10 entries

• $25 donation = 30 entries

• $50 donation = 75 entries

• $100 donation = 200 entries

Donations are voluntary and do not increase the odds of winning relative to free entry.

B. Automatic Entries Through Shuttle Buddy Ticket Purchases

Any Shuttle Buddy ticket purchased during the Promotion Period automatically earns entries.

The number of entries per ticket may vary depending on:

• Ticket price

• Route

• Special promotions

• Sponsor discretion

Qualifying purchases must occur during the Promotion Period.

Purchasing a ticket does not improve your odds of winning.

C. Entry Bonuses, Multipliers, and Promotional Codes

Sponsor may offer bonus entries, promotional codes, multipliers, or entry incentives at any time during the Promotion Period.

Examples include:

• Double or triple entry days

• Holiday promotional multipliers

• First-day entry bonuses

• Email subscriber bonuses

• Social media bonus codes

• Limited-time promotions
  

Sponsor is NOT required to pre-announce any bonus opportunities.

All promotional opportunities are governed solely by Sponsor’s public announcements at the time they occur.

D. Free Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry)

To enter without making a donation or purchase, participants may submit a mail-in entry by completing the official Mail‑In Entry Request Form, available at:

Participants may fill out the form online and print it, including any automatically generated barcode or tracking code. Handwriting is not required.

A printed form must include:

• Full Name

• Mailing Address

• City, State, ZIP

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Date of Birth

• The statement: “Shuttle Buddy Free Flights For A Year Mega Giveaway – AMOE Entry” (this may be printed)

• Any barcodes or identifiers produced by the system

Each valid mail-in entry earns ten (10) entries.

Entries must be:

• Mailed in separate envelopes (one entry per envelope)

• Printed clearly and fully legible

• Postmarked on or before December 31, 2025

• Received by January 5, 2026

The following are strictly prohibited and will be deemed void:

• Bulk shipments or multiple entries in a single envelope

• Metered mail not showing a physical postmark date

• Machine‑generated mass mailers or automated mailing services (This does not prohibit entrants from printing a single AMOE form generated by the official Sweepstakes website.)

• Third‑party mailing firms or services mailing entries on behalf of entrants

• Any reproduced, altered, or tampered forms not matching the system‑generated template

Sponsor reserves the right to reject any mail-in entry that appears suspicious, altered, mechanically mass-produced, or inconsistent with the intent of an individual printed submission.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, printing errors, or digital malfunctions affecting the AMOE Request Form. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their form prints correctly.

E. Entry Limits

Maximum total entries allowed per participant during the Promotion Period: 10,000.

This limit applies to ALL entry methods combined and overrides any promotional multipliers, bonuses, or referral entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and disqualify excessive, fraudulent, or suspicious entries.

IV-A. NO REFUNDS POLICY

All donations, voluntary contributions, and entry purchases made in connection with this Sweepstakes are final and non-refundable. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• Donations are not tax-deductible.

• Donations are not payments for goods or services.

• Donations, paid entries, and contributions cannot be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back.

• Entry transactions remain final regardless of the outcome of the Sweepstakes, the prize tier achieved, changes to the Sweepstakes, or entrant dissatisfaction.

If an entrant initiates a dispute, reversal, or chargeback with their payment provider, Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Void all associated entries,

• Disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes, and

• Seek recovery of all fees, penalties, and damages incurred as a result.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Changing your mind

• Not winning the Sweepstakes

• Belief that odds changed

• Belief that prize tiers changed

• Duplicate or accidental donations

• Technical issues during the donation process

• Misunderstanding the rules

This policy applies universally to all entry methods involving payment.

V. FRAUD, MISCONDUCT, AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

• Uses bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent tools

• Submits forged, fake, or incomplete information

• Attempts to manipulate entry counts

• Purchases entries through unauthorized resellers

• Tampers with Sponsor systems or data

• Violates any portion of these Official Rules

Sponsor may void entries or terminate participation at its discretion.

VI. PRIZES (FINAL, UPDATED, EXPANDED)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package:

1. Airline Gift Cards – Total Value: $3,000

Redeemable with:

• Southwest Airlines

• Delta Air Lines

• American Airlines

All airline gift cards are issued by third‑party airlines, not by Shuttle Buddy. By accepting airline gift cards, Winner agrees to use them only in accordance with the issuing airline’s official terms, conditions, restrictions, expiration rules, and redemption policies. Shuttle Buddy assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, deactivated, or compromised airline gift cards after delivery to the Winner.

Sponsor has no authority to modify, override, extend, replace, refund, reset, reissue, or reinstate airline gift cards, and is not responsible for:

• Airline policy changes

• Blackout dates or route restrictions

• Flight availability

• Redemption difficulties

• Lost, stolen, or deleted cards

• Account deactivation or fraud issues

• Carrier-specific limitations

All matters concerning airline gift card use must be handled directly with the airline, and not with Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or future changes to any airline’s published terms.

2. Twelve (12) Shuttle Buddy Round-Trip Tickets

Winner will receive:

• One (1) free Shuttle Buddy round-trip ticket each month for 12 consecutive months.

Unused monthly tickets do not roll over, accumulate, or convert to cash.

3. Conditional Bonus Prize – $1,000 Visa Gift Card

Winner will receive:

• One (1) $1,000 Visa gift card ONLY IF their verified residential address is located more than 30 miles from Fayetteville, North Carolina.

If Winner resides within 30 miles:

• The $1,000 Visa gift card is not awarded

• No substitution or compensation is provided

Prize Tier Structure (Based on Total Entries Received)

The Sweepstakes awards prizes according to the total number of valid, eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There is no maximum limit on how many total entries may be received. However, 12,000 valid entries is the minimum threshold required for the Full Grand Prize (100% Tier).

Only the 100% and 75% tiers include the Shuttle Buddy ride package or Visa substitution.

• Visa Substitution for Non‑Local Winner: $750 Visa Gift Card (75% of $1,000)

Entry Range: 6,000–8,999 eligible entries

Total Prize Value: $2,000 (50% of full prize value)

• Shuttle Buddy Ride Package: NOT included

• Visa Substitution: NOT included

Prize tier determination is final and based exclusively on the number of valid entries received by the close of the Promotion Period. Tiers will not adjust after the Sweepstakes ends.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

• Airline Gift Cards: $3,000

• Shuttle Buddy Tickets: $1,000 (estimated)

Total ARV: $4,000

Actual ARV may vary depending on conditional eligibility.

Prizes are non-transferable and will not be exchanged, redeemed, or converted to cash under any circumstances. Sponsor will not provide cash substitutions, replacements, or alternative compensation for any prize component except to the minimum extent expressly required by a court order or applicable law, and only after all other legally permissible alternatives have been exhausted.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Prize Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery Requirements

Shuttle Buddy will purchase all gift cards and prize components only after the Winner has been officially verified, as the Winner’s name must be associated with certain prize materials for tax, issuance, or activation purposes.

1. Physical vs. Digital Gift Cards

The Sponsor reserves the right to issue:

• Physical gift cards, mailed to the Winner’s verified address, or

• Digital/electronic gift cards, sent to the Winner’s verified email address.

The method of delivery may be chosen by the Sponsor unless the Winner specifically requests a physical mailed version.

2. Mailing of Prizes

Prizes will be mailed only to the verified Winner at the mailing address provided during the verification process.

Shipping details:

• Physical prizes may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at Sponsor’s discretion.

• Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events.

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged mail.

• Replacement of lost or stolen gift cards is not guaranteed and will be handled solely at the Sponsor’s discretion.

3. Out-of-State Winners

If the Winner resides outside of North Carolina, all prizes will automatically be mailed.

4. In-State Winners

Winners living in North Carolina may:

• Pick up prizes in person at Shuttle Buddy Headquarters, OR

• Request that prizes be mailed.

Identity verification is required for delivery or pickup.

5. Delivery Timeline

Prizes will typically be shipped within 14–30 business days after Winner verification is complete. Additional time may be required during holidays or for administrative processing.

Sponsor is not responsible for activation delays associated with third-party gift card issuers.

6. Signature Requirement for Physical Deliveries

For security purposes, all mailed physical prizes may require a signature upon delivery. Failure to sign for the package may result in the carrier returning the prize to the Sponsor.
If a prize is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion:

• Attempt re‑delivery once (Winner may be required to pay additional shipping), or

• Declare the prize forfeited.
  No additional attempts will be made.

7. No Replacement of Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Digital Prizes

Digital gift cards will be sent to the Winner’s verified email address. Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Email delivery failures

• Spam/junk filtering

• Full inboxes

• Incorrect email addresses provided by Winner.
  Digital gift cards will not be reissued once transmitted, unless required by law.

8. Accuracy of Winner Information

Winner is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their:

• Mailing address

• Email address

• Contact information
  Failure to provide accurate information may result in loss, delay, or forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected mail or email caused by inaccurate information.

VII. WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds depend on total number of eligible entries.

VIII. WINNER NOTIFICATION & DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.

Within five (5) days of notification, Winner must submit:

• Valid government-issued ID

• Completed Affidavit of Eligibility

• Signed Liability/Publicity Release

• Completed IRS Form W-9

Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

IX. TAXES

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total ARV.

X. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use Winner’s:

• Name

• City and state

• Voice

• Image

• Photos/videos

• Statements
  for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

XI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures or outages

• Human errors

• Force majeure events

• Data corruption or unauthorized access

Entrants release Sponsor from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

XII. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes due to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic

• War or terrorism

• Government restrictions

• Power outages

• Website failures

• Any event beyond Sponsor’s control

If terminated, Sponsor may select a Winner from all eligible entries received as of termination.

XIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

These Rules are governed exclusively by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the prize, or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The following additional protections apply:

1. Venue Requirement

All arbitration proceedings shall take place in Cumberland County, North Carolina, unless Sponsor elects otherwise. Entrant agrees to travel at their own expense to the required location or participate virtually when permitted.

2. Costs and Fees

Entrant shall be responsible for all filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may voluntarily elect to cover certain fees at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

3. One-Year Time Limit

Any claim or demand for arbitration must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

4. No Class or Collective Actions

• Entrant also waives the right to seek public injunctive relief in any forum.

Entrants expressly waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action

• Join a collective, mass, or representative action

• Consolidate claims with others

Arbitration must be conducted on an individual basis only. The arbitrator cannot award class‑wide, representative, or public injunctive relief of any kind.

5. No Jury Trial

By entering, entrants waive the right to a jury trial or any court proceeding, except to enforce an arbitration award or where arbitration is prohibited by law.

6. Limited Court Jurisdiction

The sole exceptions allowing a court proceeding are:

• To compel arbitration

• To enforce or confirm an arbitration award

• For emergency equitable relief (injunctions) pending arbitration

7. Scope of Arbitration

The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to:

• Interpretation of these Rules

• Enforceability of the arbitration clause

• Arbitrability of claims

XIV. PRIVACY

Personal information collected is used solely for Sweepstakes administration.

Information will not be sold or shared outside Sweepstakes operations.

Sponsor’s privacy policy applies.

XV. NON-ENDORSEMENT

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by:

• Visa

• Southwest Airlines

• Delta Air Lines

• American Airlines

• Meta / Facebook / Instagram

• TikTok

• YouTube

• Google

• Apple

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Entry codes, referral links, or promotional codes may not be sold, traded, transferred, or bartered. Any attempt to do so voids all associated entries and may result in disqualification.

XVI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Sweepstakes content is owned by Sponsor and may not be reproduced without written permission.

XVII. USE OF SWEEPSTAKES PROCEEDS

All proceeds generated from voluntary donations, paid entry tiers, and any additional revenue associated with this Sweepstakes will be retained by Shuttle Buddy to support its ongoing transportation services, operational improvements, customer experience enhancements, and future community-focused initiatives.

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and the deduction of administrative costs, prize expenses, and required tax obligations, Sponsor will donate ten percent (10%) of the remaining net proceeds to a charitable organization of Sponsor’s choice. The selected charity may vary year‑to‑year and may be announced publicly at Sponsor’s discretion.

This donation is voluntary and at the full discretion of Shuttle Buddy, and does not alter, influence, or affect the odds of winning the Sweepstakes in any way.

XVIII. WINNER LIST

To request Winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state, send a stamped envelope by February 1, 2026 to:

XIX. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Void where prohibited, restricted, or where registration, bonding, or additional regulatory compliance is required.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation does not violate any laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

XX. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Rules. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision herein.
